1) Enter a valid user code. NOTE: If the system has been partitioned (has 2 areas) and your code has access to both these areas, the [1] and [2] buttons will begin to flash. Please [1] to arm Area 1, and/or press [2] to arm Area 2. 2) The ARMED LED/LCD segment will now illuminate and the exit delay will commence. 3) The keypad will beep once every second during the exit delay time. 4) If the keypad emits a long beep, the user code was rejected.

Manual Bypass Programming allows you to programme the alarm system to ignore (deactivate) specified zones the next time the system is armed. For example, you may wish to bypass certain zones when workers are renovating part of your establishment. Please note that a Fire one cannot be bypassed. 1) Press the [BYP] button. 2) Enter your access code. 3) Select the zones that you wish to bypass by pressing the corresponding buttons. Press the [FORCE] button to clear all selected entries. 4) Press the [ENTER] button to save the bypassed zone entries. 5) The [BYP] button will illuminate and the selected zones will be bypassed next time the system is armed.
Force arming allows you tot rapidly arm the system without waiting for all zones in the system to close. During force arming, a Force zone is considered “deactivated” until it closes, after which the system will arm that zone. Force arming is commonly used when a motion detector is protecting the area occupied by a keypad. For example, when arming the system from within a force zone, the system will allow you to arm even if the zone is open and, the system will arm the zone once it closes. 1) Press the [FORCE] button. 2) Enter a valid user code. This method allows you to remain in the protected area while partially arming the system. Stay zones are zones that are bypassed when Stay arming. For example, when you go to sleep at night, doors and windows can be armed without arming other zones like motion detectors. 1) Press the [STAY] button. 2) Enter a valid user code. NOTE: If the system has been partitioned (has 2 areas) and your code has access to both of these areas, the [1] and [2] buttons will being to flash. Press [2] to arm area 1, and/or press [2] to arm area 2. 3) The ARMED LED/LCD segment will now illuminate, and the exit delay will commence. 4) The keypad will beep once every second during the exit delay time. 5) If the keypad emits a long beep, the user codes was rejected.
If a zone has been triggered whilst the alarm system is in its armed state, the [MEM] button will illuminate indicating that the alarm has been triggered. To display the zones that have been triggered: 1) Press the [MEM] button. 2) The zones that have been triggered will display on the keypad.
Using the Master Mode To view user access codes, you will first require the Master Code. 1) Press the star [ENTER] button. 2) Enter the master code, (Default code is 1234) 3) The [ENTER] button should be flashing, indicating that you are in User Programming Mode. 4) Enter the user number that you wish to view (001 = Master, 047 = User 47). 5) The first digit of the user code should be displayed. 6) Press the [ENTER] button to view the next digit of the code. 7) Continue pressing the [ENTER] button until all digits have been displayed. 8) Once completed, the keypad should beep 5 times and, the [ENTER] button should be flashing. 9) You can now view/change further user codes, or press [EXIT] to exit this mode.
Using the Master Code To change user access codes, you will first require the Master Code. 1) Press the star [ENTER] button. 2) Enter the master code. (Default code is 1234) 3) The [ENTER] button should be flashing, indicating that you are in the User Programming Mode. 4) Enter the user number that you wish to program (001 = Master, 047 = User 47). 5) Enter a new code for the user selected (The code should be 4 digits long). 6) Once completed, the keypad should beep 5 times and, the [ENTER] button should be flashing. 7) You can now change further user codes or, press [EXIT] to exit this mode. Example: To change User 02 to 0351, you would press the following keys in sequence- Press [Enter] Enter the Master Code. The [ENTER] button should now be flashing. Press [0] then [0] then [2] Enter the new user code for User 2 [0][3][5][1]. The [ENTER] button should again be flashing. Press the [EXIT] key to exit.
This feature allows you to program which zones will be Chime enabled. A Chime-enabled zone will advise you every time it is opened by causing your keypad to emit a rapid intermittent beep tone (BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP). Press and hold any button from [1] to [10] for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate chiming for zones 1 to 10. For example, press and hold the [1] button to enable chiming to zone 1.
To display trouble codes, press the [TRBL] button. If a system fault has been detected, the [TRBL] indicator will illuminate. To display trouble codes, press the [TRBL] button. To silence the keypad on trouble codes, press the [TRBL] key, and then the [CLEAR] key. 1: No battery/low battery. 2: Wireless transmitter low battery. 3: Power failure 4: Bell output disconnected 5: Maximum Bell Current 6: Maximum Auxiliary Current 7: Communicator Report Failure 8: Date/Time Loss 9: Tamper or Zone Wiring Failure 10: Telephone Line Monitoring Failure 11/[STAY]: Fire Loop Trouble 12/[BYP]: Module Loss 13/[MEM]: Wireless Transmitter Supervision Loss 16/[FORCE] and [TROUBLE] flashes: Keypad Fault Trouble Code 8- Press the 8 key to program time in 24 format [HH:MM] Example, to program 13:45, press [8] Then press [1] then [3] then [4] then finally [5] Trouble code 9- Press the 9 key to display which zones are causing a tamper trouble.
If the alarm panel has lost power, it may require the system time and date to be set. 1) Press the [ENTER] button. 2) Enter your Master Code for the system. 3) Enter the memory location 100 (press [1] then [0] then [0]) 4) Enter the current hour tens digits (Eg for 21:30, enter [2]) 5) Enter the current Hour ones digit (Eg for 21:30, enter [1]) 6) Enter the current Minute tens digit (Eg for 21:30, enter [3])
Send a Test Report 1) Press the [ENTER] button. 2) Enter your Master code for the system. 3) Press the [MEM] button to activate a test report. 4) A test report will be sent to the monitoring station. Call Winload Software 1) Press the [ENTER] button. 2) Enter your Master code for the system. 3) Press the [BYP] button to call the defined phone number for winload software. Answer Winload Software 1) Press the [ENTER] button. 2) Enter your Master code for the system. 3) Press the [FORCE] button to answer a winload software call.
